Three Finalists for the Assistant/Associate Fixed-Term Faculty Position in the Speech Language Hearing Sciences Department.
Ms. Jill Bueckens is a speech-language pathologist at Knute Nelson in Alexandria, Minnesota. She has been a speech-language pathologist for 19 years, previously in the public schools and currently at Knute Nelson. Ms. Bueckens earned her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 1996. She has worked with children and adults and was peer selected for the Tree of Excellence award, the highest level of service aware at Knute Nelson. Her open forum is Wednesday, June 3, at 11:45a in Murray 208.
Ms. Tiffany Voigt is a speech-language pathologist at Pediatric Therapy Partners in Fargo, North Dakota, where she provides clinical services to children birth to 21 years of age. She has been a speech-language pathologist for 10 years, previously in a rehabilitation center in Woodbury, Minnesota. Ms. Voigt earned her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from St. Cloud State University in 2005. She is a Lee Silverman Voice Treatment Certified Clinician and has been a guest speaker in SLHS classes at MSUM. Her open forum is Monday, June 8th at 11:15a in Murray 208.
Ms. Sarah Peterson is a Special Services Supervisor in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. She has been a speech-language pathologist for 17 years, previously in the public schools in Minnesota. Ms. Peterson earned her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 1998 and her Director of Special Education Licensure from Hamline University in 2013. She has also been a national presenter for the Bureau of Education and Research since 2008. Her open forum is Tuesday, June 9th at 11:30a in Murray 208.
