Over the past month, booksellers from across our nine-state region have been nominating their favorite titles for the Midwest Independent Booksellers Association’s awards program. They’ve tallied the nominations, and Lin Enger’s book, “The High Divide,” has been announced as a finalist in the adult fiction category for the 2015 Midwest Booksellers Choice Awards.
Over the the next month, booksellers will vote for their favorite titles. Winners will be announced on July 14. They will celebrate these award-winning authors at the Heartland Fall Forum in Lombard, Illinois, during their opening reception on October 9. For the awards criteria, see the Book Awards page on their website.
