On Feb. 21, 2015, Vijay C. Antharam was awarded a provisional United States patent Serial No. 62/118,848 Materials and Methods for Reducing Cholesterol. He was a semi-finalist at the OneStart OxBridge Biotech Start-up competition held on Feb. 20-21 in San Francisco, Cal. He presented his work to a panel of biotechnology representatives and venture capitalists.

Dr. Kenyon Williams, Professor of Percussion at MSUM and a graduate of the University of Kentucky, was invited back to Lexington this past weekend to perform for the gala celebration, “30 Years of Percussion at UK.”
