Scorch wants you to sign up for the FREE Youth Soccer Clinic & Scorch’s Youth Fun Run – Saturday, April 25
Sign up the kids & the grandkids for the Dragon Youth Soccer Clinic and Scorch’s Youth Fun Run scheduled on Saturday, April 25th at Nemzek Hall! The events are FREE and registration is required. These events are part of the Dragon Athletics Red & White Celebration.
- The Dragon Youth Soccer Clinic is for ages 4-14 years of age and begins at 9:30 a.m. at the Nemzek Soccer Field- again the clinic is FREE & participants receive a t-shirt and lunch ticket for the Dragon Grill. Space is limited to the first 75 registered – there are a few spots left so don’t miss out! This clinic is sponsored by the Dragon Women’s Soccer Team.
- Scorch’s Youth Fun Run is for ages 2-14 years of age and begins at 11:30 a.m. at the Nemzek Track and is FREE! Youth must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants will receive a medal and have the opportunity to take their picture with Scorch! This fun run is sponsored by the Dragons 4 Wellness Student Organization.
- Register for both events at: Dragon Athletics Red & White Celebration
- Other events planned for that day include Dragon Train Rides, Open Swim, Dragon Grill, Dragon Men and Women’s Basketball Alumni games, Dragon Student-Athlete Soccer and Football Scrimmages.
- The Ceremonial Groundbreaking for the New Scheels Field will be held after the football scrimmage.
- The Red & White Dragon Pride Celebration & Fundraiser begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott
