Lamé’s Theorem is a little known result that describes a beautiful connection between the Fibonacci sequence and the Euclidean Algorithm on the integers. We will describe what this connection is, beginning with what how the Euclidean Algorithm works on the integers.
On Thursday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m., MSUM professors Terrie Manno and Kevin Zepper will present a free performance that combines Manno’s music and Zepper’s poetry in Fox Recital Hall in the Roland Dille Center for the Arts on the MSUM campus.
Production tackles issues of gender and power A provocative new adaptation of Shakespeare’s famous tragic play, Romeo and Juliet, opens Wednesday, Feb. 25, on the Gaede Stage in MSUM’s Roland Dille Center for the Arts. R♀mi/E♂ and Juliet is a student production of the MSUM Theatre Department, and is rated R for adult content.
