Area High School Students Selected for Honors Percussion Ensemble
Six students from the region were selected by audition to perform in the Minnesota State University Moorhead Honors Percussion Ensemble. Directed by Dr. Kenyon Williams, Professor of Percussion at MSUM, ensemble members will experience an intensive weekend of rehearsals in preparation for a performance at the MSUM Center for the Arts on Sat., Feb. 14, at 4:00pm. The event is free and open to the public.
Students selected for the ensemble were: Christina Erb (Central Cass; Jeff Dasovick, Director), Isaac Jensen (Central Cass; Jeff Dasovick, Director), Neelay Patel (Fargo Davies; Darcy Brandenburg, Director), Alex Volk (Moorhead; Pam Redlinger, Director), Gabriel Weisz (Bismarck; Bob Peske, Director), and Alex Wiitamaki (Fargo Davies; Darcy Brandenburg, Director).
