MSUM University Theatre Series presents The Jungle Book

Event includes live animal demonstration

A free children’s theatre production takes the stage for two shows Saturday, Nov. 22, at 1 and 4 p.m. in Hansen Theatre in MSUM’s Roland Dille Center for the Arts.
The Jungle Book, based on the famous tale of the same name by Rudyard Kipling, tells the story of Mowgli, a boy raised by wolves in the jungle. With the help of his animal friends, Mowgli learns all about “Jungle Law” and how to survive. The Jungle Book is a student production of the MSUM Theatre Department, and is suitable for all ages.

Half-hour animal demonstrations featuring animals from the Red River Zoo take place on the Gaede Stage at 2 and 3 p.m. The Gaede Stage is located next to Hansen Theatre, under the same roof.
