MSUM Dining Services welcomes Sodexo chef Sarjit Singh to campus as part of the 2014 Global Chef Program

Minnesota State University Moorhead Dining Services welcomes Sodexo chef Sarjit Singh to Minnesota State University Moorhead as part of the 2014 Global Chef Program. The Global Chef Program is a month-long international chef residency that provides opportunities for Sodexo’s top chefs worldwide to travel to different countries and share authentic cuisine with local teams, students, faculty and staff.

Join us in Kise Commons on November 3rd for a Meet & Greet Exhibition Tasting from 4:30 – 7 p.m., and on November 4th for our Authentic Malaysian Meal from 11 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.
