MSUM Astronomy Night Oct. 3

An Astronomy Night will be held Friday, October 3 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Minnesota State University Moorhead Regional Science Center.  The event is free and open to the public.

Astronomy Night takes the form of what astronomers call a “star party.” Members of the Fargo-Moorhead Astronomy Club and the MSUM Department of Physics and Astronomy will have telescopes set up to offer guided tours of the night sky.

Astronomy Nights are sponsored by the Regional Science Center, the MSUM Physics and Astronomy Department and the Fargo-Moorhead Astronomy Club.

The Regional Science Center’s Buffalo River Site is located 14 miles east of Moorhead on U.S. Highway 10.
