Open Forum for Dr. Matt Craig today at 12 p.m.
Three finalists for the position of Acting Dean of the College of Science, Health, and the Environment (CSHE) are scheduled to hold open forums for the MSUM community. The forums are an opportunity to learn more about the finalists and submit comments on their qualifications. The Acting CSHE Dean will provide academic leadership and coordination, and is responsible for the financial and personnel affairs of the college, including the Regional Science Center and the Planetarium. The Acting CSHE Dean will also serve on the Academic Affairs Council (AAC) and other university committees as needed, and will integrate the plans of the college with those of the university.
Open Forum for Dr. Jeff Bodwin

Jeff Bodwin is a member of the Chemistry and Biochemistry Department faculty, and has served as chair since July 2011. Dr, Bodwin earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor in 2001, and his M.S. in 1997, also from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor . Dr. Bodwin has been on the faculty at MSUM since 2003.
Open Forum for Dr. Magda Chalikia
July 8th, 1:00-2:00 pm, HA 107
Magda Chalikia is a member of the Psychology Department faculty, and has served as chair since 2008. Dr. Chalikia earned her Ph.D. in psychology from McGill University, Montreal Canada in 1985, and an M.A. in Psychology, also from McGill University. In 1988, she received a B.A. in Philosophical and Social Studies, from the University of Crete, in Crete, Greece. Dr. Chalikia joined the Psychology Department in 1991.

Matt Craig is a member of the faculty in the Physics and Astronomy Department. Dr Craig served as chair of the department from 2008 through 2014. Dr. Craig earned his doctorate in Physics from The University of California Berkley in 1997, and an M.A. in Physics in 1994. Matt joined the Physics department faculty in 1999.
