Dr. Paul Sando, Anthropology and Earth Science, was interviewed for National Public Radio’s Midday program (WBUR Boston affiliate) regarding the USDOT’s newly released rules for railroads to disclose oil transport by rail through communities, and whether or not those trains have vulnerable design tank cars in their consist.
