Interview schedule for interim Dean of Education & Human Services and Graduate Studies finalists
Two finalists for the position of Interim Dean of the College of Education and Human Services and Graduate Studies are scheduled to hold open forums for the MSUM community. The forums are scheduled for May 21 and all members of the MSUM community are invited to attend. These forums are an opportunity to learn more about the finalists and to submit comments on their qualifications to the search committee. The Interim Dean will provide academic leadership and coordination for the College of Education and Human Services and will serve on the President’s Cabinet, the Academic Affairs Council (AAC), and other University committees as needed. The Interim Dean also supervises the operations of the Graduate Studies Office, serves on the MSUM Graduate Council, represents Graduate Studies at AAC and Meet & Confer meetings, and serves as the MSUM Administrative representative to the MnSCU Graduate Council.
Open Forum for Dr. Gary Nickell

Gary Nickell is a member of the faculty in the Psychology department and served as chair of the department from 1999-2008. He was Interim Director of the Corrick Center for the 2010-11 academic year and Interim Chair of Psychology and Interim Chair of Social Work/Counseling and Student Affairs for the 2012-13 academic year. He earned his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Oklahoma State University in 1982 and an M.S. in Social Psychology from Oklahoma State University in 1980. Dr. Nickell has been on the faculty at MSUM since 1999.
Open Forum for Dr. Ok-Hee Lee

Dr. Lee has been the Co-Chair of the School of Teaching and Learning since 2010 and has been at MSUM since 2001. She earned a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction at Indiana University in 2004 and an M.A. in School Administration at Indiana University in 1994.
