Carol Cumber (South Dakota State University), Joseph Kavanaugh (Sam Houston State University), and T. J. Hansen (Minnesota State University Moorhead) published the article, “360 Degree Analysis of an Organization: Methodological Considerations,” in a special issue of the Case Research Journal. The special issue offers a multidisciplinary perspective of the strategic decisions of Daktronics, Inc., the leading designer and manufacturer of scoreboards and video display systems in the world. The article provides a methodological foundation to a suite of cases about Daktronics developed by a team of case authors specializing in industry analysis, marketing, human resource management, operations management, finance, and strategic management.
