Spring Coats for Kids and Families collection drive April 28-May 9

MSUM Social Work students and the Salvation Army have organized the first Spring Coats for Kids and Families collection drive. The event is scheduled for April 28-May 09 in conjunction with spring cleanup week in Fargo-Moorhead. The students and the public can drop off coats at any F-M Hornbacher’s location. The goal is to collect over 500 coats for distribution during the annual fall campaign. They have also set up a crowd-funding site to collect donations, which will be used to buy coats. The project is part of the Communities and Organizations course at MSUM.
