Congratulations to March Student Leader of the Month, Carman Hoffman
Here is what the nominee had to say about her as a leader:
“For me being a freshman on campus is hard, it’s a whole new environment. Carman stepped up and helped me a lot throughout my first year. For her being a transfer student, she already has so much dragon pride and promotes the school very well. She is always helping someone on campus, even if she doesn’t know him or her very well. I know she is not involved in a lot of things on campus now, just Delta Zeta. But she is ALWAYS seen on campus, goes to many school functions, and is a person that is looked up to on MSUM campus by many. I think Carman really deserves this because she represents MSUM so well and without her help and positivity for me and others, we would have still been lost freshman.”

“From the first day of our trip they let us know we are representing the university and STLF. They truly exemplify the core values of STLF, which are service, relationships and action. From cleanups, filling in potholes, planting trees and beyond we left our mark in 5 cities. We could not do it without the amazing bus core, Holly, Gregg, Nik and Jacki.
This organization has just inspired about 40 students to dream more, serve more and love more. I do not know any other organization on campus that provides such a fulfilling opportunity during spring break and throughout the school year to impact the local FM community.”
