1. Enter your name and email address.
2. Click “Join”.
3. Once you are connected to the WebEx, click on the drop-down menu in the box on your screen and choose “I Will Call In”.  Call in using the numbers and passcodes shown, as this allows the system to match your name with your call-in connection.

To avoid connectivity issues:

• Use Internet Explorer to connect to a WebEx from a PC
• Use Firefox to connect to a WebEx from an Apple mobile device (iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch)
• Use Internet Explorer for non-Apple mobile devices
• From mobile devices, WebEx only works on iOS version 5 or higher.

We have found that VOIP headsets can cause sound quality issues with large numbers of participants; please use your land-line phone to call in if possible.

Once connected to the WebEx session, click on the video camera icon next to your name to have your video/web cam activated (not mandatory).
