Fargo Marathon Moves Date Back, Frees Up Hotel Availability For Spring Commencement
The Fargo Marathon moved its date back to May 8-10. The original date, set for May 17, conflicted with both MSUM’s and NDSU’s spring commencements.
Yesterday, MSUM put up notifications on the homepage letting students and parents know that hotel availability in Fargo-Moorhead may be limited due to the three events taking place that weekend. The date change of the Fargo Marathon should now free up hotel availability for that weekend. Families and guests of graduates are still encouraged to make hotel reservations early to minimize conflicts.
MSUM’s spring commencement is Friday, May 16, 2014 in Nemzek Fieldhouse.
