Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio; M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery, Alabama; B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Dr. Norton is currently the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs: Admissions, Orientation and Family Programs, Recruitment Information Systems at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Ph.D. in Education and Business with focus on Strategic Planning from Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California; M.A. in Student Development from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California; B.A. in Psychology from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Dr. Barnett is the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at the University of Illinois Springfield.
