FY 2014 Budget Planning Request Demonstration Thursday
Thursday, Feb. 7 there will be a FY 2014 budget planning request demonstration at 9:30 a.m. in Owens 201.
Information for completing the FY 2014 general fund budget planning request forms is available on the University Planning & Budget Committee (UPBC) SharePoint site. UPBC SharePoint site login instructions:
- Access the MSUM network by logging into Novell
*Can be done remotely by using the VP - https://sp.mnstate.edu/sites/upbc
- Use your DragonNet credentials (same as email) to login
*If access is denied, contact the Information Technology HelpDesk at support@mnstate.edu or 218.477.2603 - From the menu on the left of the screen, select “Documents.”
- From the folder list select “FY 2014”
- From the folder list select “FY 2014 Budget Planning”
In addition, budget planning request demonstrations for budget supervisors and administrative assistants that will be responsible for completing the FY2014 budget planning process have been scheduled as follows:
Friday, Feb. 1 at 1 p.m. in OW 201
Thursday, Feb. 7 at 9:30 a.m. in OW 201
