Dr. Mike Ruth, Cinema Arts and Digital Technologies, will present the documentary “The Greenbrier Military School: 200 years of education in Lewisburg, West Virginia” Oct. 18-19. Adler, SLHS Department was part of a panel discussion on voice therapy at the Canadian Professional Association for Transgender Health in Winnipeg, Manitoba on Sept. 22, 2012.
Damiano Fulghesu, Mathematics Department, had the paper “Normalization of the 1-stratum of the moduli space of stable curves” accepted for publication in the European journal Portugaliae Mathematica. It is a joint work with Dan Edidin, University of Missouri. The paper describes geometric properties of the classifying space of algebraic curves in the same topological class.
