City parking changes in effect Aug. 15

Parking changes from the City of Moorhead will limit how people park on streets surrounding MSUM. Starting Aug. 15, or as soon after as signs are posted, there will be a 3-hour daytime parking limit on some streets, and overnight restrictions for snow removal. The changes come following a city parking study for the surrounding residential neighborhoods. The study sought:
