MSUM students learn from Supreme Court cases

College and high school students take to the stage to learn Supreme Court cases. MSUM education students have been working with the Red River Learning Center all semester for service learning projects. Most recently, college students taught high school kids Supreme Court cases affecting education like Brown Versus Board of Education of Topeka. Today, both groups acted out those cases on stage.
Steve Grineski – Education Professor, MSUM: “My students get to learn how education policy has been made thru Supreme Court cases in a real active, engaged kind of way instead of just sitting and listening about it.”
Professor Grineski says the project also exposes high school students to higher education. At six, you’ll hear from a college student involved.
