Life is a Choice

On a camping trip in 1994, Kari Krumwiede experienced a life-changing event when a tree struck her and paralyzed her from the waist down.
In a presentation called, “Life Rolls On,” Kari will speak about how she turned her tragic experience into a positive outlook on life.
“Life is about choice. The only thing you have in this world is your choice. You can choose to live, you can choose to die, or you can choose to lie in bed all day. You can choose to be angry, happy or sad. I’ve learned along the way that the only true control you have is how you choose to act.”—Kari
