Scheduling Services Reminder

When planning an event, please use the Scheduling Services site resources for forms, tools, facility information and other scheduling request resources. Once you establish clear event objectives and use tools such as the event-planning checklist, your event planning process should go smoothly.

In order to help streamline planning processes, please make your request at least two weeks in advance. Scheduling Services may not be able to guarantee requests made inside of two weeks of the event. A Confirmation of Space document will be sent by email to you for your scheduled event, meeting, rehearsal, etc.

It is important to review your request and alert Campus Scheduling of any changes or mistakes. The scheduling of your event is essential to doors being locked/unlocked, table and chair setup, heating and cooling schedule and audio/visual needs. If you do not have a Confirmation of Space, please contact Scheduling Services. If your request is made less than two weeks in advance,Campus Scheduling cannot guarantee service.
