Dayton names new state higher ed leader

Gov. Dayton appointed Sheila Wright — dean of Hamline University’s School of Education — the new director of the Minnesota Office of Higher Education. Wright joined Hamline in July 2009. She has also taught at Carleton College in Northfield and at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
