Sigma Tau Delta book drive continues through Dec. 20
The Sigma Tau Delta English Club is currently sponsoring a BOOK DRIVE. All books received will be donated to the National Center for Family Literacy. In addition, Sigma Tau Delta will receive $1 for each book collected. The money that is raised will be used to fund future service projects and assist members in attending the International Sigma Tau Delta Conference in Pittsburgh, Pa., in March of 2011. Collection bins are located in Weld Hall, Hagen Hall, the Center for the Arts, McLean Hall, the Livingston Lord Library, the CMU and the residence halls. Sigma Tau Delta members will also be more than happy to pick up donations. Any type of book is welcome and will be utilized by someone in need. Please contact a Sigma Tau Delta member or the English Department with any questions.
All books need to be collected and shipped by December 20.
