Film student recognized at film festival
Conor Holt, MSUM Film Studies student, was recently recognized at the 2010 Quiet on the Set Short Film Festival. Holt’s short film, The Librarian’s Assistant, was given the award for Best Acting. The festival received over 65 entries, and was held at the Pohlad Auditorium in the Hennepin Country Central Library in downtown Minneapolis, with an awards gala at the Uptown Movie Theatre on August 15.
