The Music Man showing through Friday
The Straw Hat Players will be presenting The Music Man through Friday, July 30 in the Hansen Theatre at 7:30 p.m. The Music Man is a rated G musical about a traveling con-man salesman, Professor Harold Hill, who stops in River City, Iowa, to convince the town that they desperately need a boy’s marching band. Everyone falls for his game except the one person he needs to win over, the local music teacher and librarian, Miss Marian Paroo.
