MSUM offers real estate pre-licensure training in March
Minnesota State University Moorhead will be offering three pre-licensure training courses for individuals interested in earning their real estate license in Minnesota. Licensed professionals must attend 90 hours of approved education, pass the exam, and apply for the license.
MSUM partners with James T. Soncrant, Minnesota Real Estate Broker and Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce, to provided the approved license education.
All courses are approved for 30 hours each of real estate pre-license education by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce. All courses are Friday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. with lunch on your own. Real Estate I is March 12-14; Real Estate II is March 19-21; and Real Estate III is March 26-28. Each course is $280 and includes all materials.
