Renewing your passport?

Passport Drive FYI: You do not need to apply in person if you’re renewing a passport so long as you can submit your expired passport (provided it was issued less than 15 years ago and you were over the age of 16). You can still get your passport pictures taken in FR153 and pick up the application form, but you apply through the mail. Check out the instructions on www.travel.state.gov
