Dragons After Dark collecting gently used clothes

Dragons After Dark is sponsoring a clothing drive the week of Monday, October 26-Friday, October 30. Clean out your closets and bring your gently used clothes to the CMU Main Lounge or contact us at dragonsafterdark@mnstate.edu and we will arrange for a pick-up. All donations will be given to local homeless drop-in shelters. Your old coat could become somebody’s warmth through the winter.

Dragons After Dark is a once a month late-night programming activity designed to provide positive entertainment options for students on weekends. The planning team incorporates a philanthropic element into each late night program. In addition to the clothing drive, mocktails will be served at the Halloween Costume Dance on October 31 and all money raised will be donated to Lisa Bratsch and her family to defray medical expenses.

Lisa is a May 2009 graduate of MSUM who was diagnosed with a PNET brain tumor (Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor) this summer. She is receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.

Thank you to faculty and staff for your continued support.
