Save the date: Oct. 13 is Professional Development Day

The Office of Academic Affairs and the Faculty Development Committee are sponsoring a Professional Development Day on Tuesday, Oct. 13.

The workshop is designed to provide opportunities to learn about campus initiatives, increase responsiveness to students, to continue the conversation on Dr. Maryellen Weimer’s August presentation, and network with peers on a variety of topics.

In response to feedback from the Fall 2008 Professional Development Day, this year’s event will conclude by 12:20 pm to allow faculty to participate in departmental activities during the afternoon.
