MSUM Recognizes Outstanding Mathematics Senior
MSUM’s Mathematics Department has recognized Alfred Ndungu for his outstanding academic achievement. Selection criteria include mathematics GPA, overall GPA, performance in difficult mathematics courses, and the results of the ETS Major Field Test in Mathematics. In addition to recognition by the faculty, Ndungu will receive membership in The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.
Ndungu is the son of Peter and Lucy Ndungu of Mombasa, Kenya. He has worked as a manager in MSUM’s Comstock Memorial Union and a patrol officer for Campus Security. He will be attending NDSU to pursue a master’s degree in statistics.
