The three Tri-College Universities are sponsoring the 20th annual Woodlands-High Plains Powwow scheduled Saturday, April 18, in the Bison Sports Arena at North Dakota State University. Grand entry at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Admission ages 6-18, $2; ages 19-54, $3; ages 5-younger and 55-older are free.
