Dr. Boyd Bradbury, educational leadership, served as issue editor for Vol. XXXVII, Nos. 1 & 2, 2011, of Thresholds in Education: Teacher Action Research in Rural Schools, a journal dedicated to the exploration of new education inquiries, theories, viewpoints, and program innovation. As coordinator of MSUM’s educational leadership and curriculum and instruction programs, Bradbury has served as advisor for master’s students, some of whose work is published in this volume. As issue editor, he recruited these student authors to share their insights and experiences in the hope that they might benefit other school districts and universities facing similar challenges.
