If you are a faculty member who has previously had materials on the library’s electronic reserves system and would like to activate your summer classes, contact Jenny Jensen (email@example.com or 477-2342) in the library. She will send you a paper copy of the materials you have had on electronic reserves and we will be able to re-activate those materials. Additional materials may be submitted using the electronic submission form.
For faculty who are new to e-reserves, it is not too late to begin putting your materials in the library’s electronic reserves system for your classes. The advantage of using e-reserves is that your students can access your course reserves materials 24/7 from virtually anywhere, and multiple students can access the materials at the same time. The advantage to you is that the library will scan and process your course reserves materials and make them available to your students through our Docutek e-reserves system. We will also keep track of copyright issues for these materials. To begin processing your materials for e-reserves click here.
An electronic submission form is also available to help you submit your materials for e-reserves. To access click here.
Contact Travis Dolence, Distance Learning/Web Librarian, for further information and assistance in setting up e-reserves for your summer classes.
