MSUM event features music, poetry, astronomy and drama

MSUM faculty and students from four academic departments come together to explore the night Friday, Feb. 4 at 7:30 p.m. in Glasrud Auditorium in Weld Hall.

The program interweaves readings of poetry with dramatic presentations, music performances and a star show, featuring images from the Hubble Space Telescope, and other observatories operated by NASA and the National Radio Astronomy Observatory. Performers include music faculty members Jenny Dufault and Sue Nagel, music students Joshua Ogaard and Georgianne Rowe, theatre faculty member Jennifer Tuttle, theatre students Nick Kaspari and Kelly Nelson, and pianist Olga Donner.

The performance is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Jenny Dufault at (218) 477-4607 or dufault@mnstate.edu.
